The YC-200 Fully Automatic Mochi Ice Cream Production Line, carefully developed and manufactured by Shanghai Yucheng Machinery Co., Ltd., is a new launched food processing equipment . The production line integrates the three machine: YC-166 Automatic Encrusting machine,  YC-135 Steam generator ,YC-136 Steaming and refining machine, realizing the fully automated production process from mochi dough making to mochi ice cream stuffing, coating and plating, greatly improving production efficiency and product quality, and meeting the needs of modern food industry for automated and standardized production.  


Machine Workflow


1. Mochi dough making

YC-135 steam generator and YC-136 steaming and refining machine work together.


  1. Raw material preparation: Selected glutinous rice flour, purified water, high-quality syrup and other auxiliary raw materials are accurately weighed in proportion and ready.

  2. Steam supply: The YC-135 steam generator starts to provide a stable and continuous steam source for the YC-136 steamer to ensure the smooth steaming process.

  3. Mixed steaming: Pour the raw materials into the YC-136 steamer, and the equipment automatically starts the stirring and heating program. Through the precise control of the stirring speed and steam temperature, the raw materials are fully mixed and evenly heated in the machine, and gradually transformed into a mochi dough with a chewy texture and rich flavor.



2. Mochi ice cream forming, powder coating, and plate aligning


  1. Raw material loading: Put the steamed mochi dough into the left hopper of the YC-166 Automatic Encrusting Machine, and at the same time load the ice cream filling into the right hopper.

  2. Automatic filling: YC-166 Automatic Encrusting Machine will start producing mochi dough accurately wraps the ice cream filling to form a round and plump mochi ice cream semi-finished product.

  3. Automatic powder coating: In order to improve the appearance and taste of the product, the YC-166 Automatic Encrusting Machine is also equipped with an automatic powder coating function. The equipment will evenly sprinkle special powder on the bottom and top of the mochi ice cream, which is both beautiful and practical.

  4. Tray Aligning: The finished mochi ice cream is then automatically transported to the preset plastic tray, neatly, compactly and orderly, which is convenient for subsequent packaging and storage.


3. Quick freezing and Shaping 

Subsequent processing: The plastic tray filled with mochi ice cream is quickly sent to the quick freezing cabinet or quick freezing production line for rapid freezing. Through low-temperature quick freezing technology, the freshness and taste of the product are effectively locked to ensure the final quality of the mochi ice cream.
