2. Fully automatic intelligent electronic control system: It adopts a computer-welded LCD display fully automatic intelligent electronic control system. All operating states are clear at a glance, including the working state of the boiler electric heating tube, the boiler water level state, the high and low steam pressure state, etc., so that the operator can grasp the boiler operation status at any time and use it more assured.

3. High-quality core components: The electric heating tube is made of high-quality thick-walled 316L stainless steel tube, and is equipped with imported high-temperature magnesium oxide powder and sealing materials. It can withstand high temperatures up to 900°C, ensuring the long life and high efficiency of the electric heating tube.

4. Multiple interlocking safety protection functions: Equipped with overpressure protection devices such as safety valves and pressure controllers to prevent boilers from causing safety accidents due to excessive pressure. 1. Safety value: Most important part in boiler with an protection function. When boiler's innerpressure exceeds it's rated pressure, the safety will relief pressure automatically.

2. Steam value: Used to control steam output capacity.

3. Water tank overflow mouth: When water spill out from water tank, this mouth will drain off water automatically, And please connected drain pipe from mouth to flow into sewer.

4. Float ball value: Used for control water in water tank, The float ball value will on/off automaticallyaccording to waterlevel line.

5. Water tank drain outlet mouth: Used for drain outlet when water tank have a washing.

6. Cover plate: some boilers are equipped with cover plate.

7. Drain outlet value: Used to drain boilerinner gall sewage

8. Powerwire inlet:Used for boiler's power wire inlet.

9. Waterinlet mouth:Used for boiler water inlet.

10. Water tank: Used for saving water.

11. Water outlet value: Used to outlet water in water tank and pump. in colder place, it can avoid thewater pipe and pump being frost crack when turn on water outlet value.

1. Electric box: For controlling the electric box.

2. Power wire terminal stud: "L" Part is for live wire connecting."N" part is for Null wire connecting. On the top of the electric box, there is an Earth wire mark for connecting earth wire

3. Electricity leakage protector: Please turn on the protector is in working condition all the time.

4. Protection wire B: To protect water pump wire.

5. AC contactor: To control the heating groups being on/off. When heating, the AC contactoractuation.When stop heating, the contactor will pop out.

6. Air bleed screw: For water pump air bleeding.

7. Water pump: For boiler water inlet. The pump will transfer water from water tank into boilerautomatically according to water level single on/off.

8. Protection wire A: To protect the boiler wire.

9. Heating tube:For heating water to produce steam.

10. Check value: To prevent the water in boiler gall flowing back to water tank
