Use and maintenance:


a. Before use, clean the inner barrel and stirring paddle with boiling water, and fill all lubricating parts with lubricating oil.


b. Before use, all valves, pressure gauges, and pipelines must be inspected. When it is running, is there any noise and whether it is stable


c. Before use, clean and disinfect the inner barrel and the mixing paddle.


d. Pay special attention to whether there is any abnormal sound in the chain transmission. If there is any abnormal sound, stop using it immediately, check whether the transmission part is loose, and use it after normal adjustment.


e. It is strictly forbidden to pour lumpy hard materials and the remaining hard lumps of the next day into the barrel to avoid damage to the machine.


f. After processing every day, there should be no surplus material left in the barrel.


g. The lubricating oil of the reducer shall be replaced every six months, and the oil cup shall be filled once a week.


h. If a frequency converter is installed, after starting the power supply, in order to prolong the service life of the frequency converter, please press the start and stop buttons, stop production and then press the stop power supply
